Who we are

When you contact us

The enquiry form creates a draft in your email app using the name, email address, topic and message you enter. The form does not submit those details to our server. You choose whether to send the draft from your email app. The website does not save your enquiry in browser storage.

If you send an email, we receive the information you include and use it to respond and discuss your enquiry. Your email provider and our email service process that correspondence as part of delivering and storing email. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Website delivery and browser data

The website’s own code does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and does not set cookies. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and the page requested, to deliver and secure the website. This notice does not describe the separate policies of those providers.

Your questions and requests

Contact us if you have a question about information you have shared with us, or want to request access, correction or deletion. Tell us enough to identify the relevant correspondence. We will consider your request and any applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.

Projects, products and availability

This website presents our creative services, work and developing systems. Items marked “In development” or “Concept development” are not presented as released products. The website does not take online orders or payments. Commission scope, pricing, timing, usage rights and any sale or distribution arrangements are discussed separately.
